Yesterday was better than the day before at the office.  I actually rented two units yesterday.  One of them is a large Glendale Self Storage unit.  The guy and his wife are moving in with family for around a year.  They are storing their furniture during that time and will be saving up to move back east somewhere.  He was obviously a nice guy.  I was surprised he was married because he was pretty young.  I think he was at his early 20’s.  His mother in law actually taken care of the rental for him over the phone because he didn’t get paid until today.

    The last two days at the Self Storage Phoenix Az locations that I Manage have been pretty busy.  I think the nice weather helps that.  Today initiated a policy of off a little slower, but we have only been open for business for approximately forty minutes now.  The maintenance guy is here now and both of the facilities look great.  All of the trash is found and everything looks really nice.  I got a lot of sleep yesterday evening and I am glad that I did.  Today is cleaning day for me.  I am going to clean the entire office and my whole apartment.  If it’s busy, I may not arrive at all of it.

    Since his property is already furnished, I will have to store almost all of my furniture.  We are likely to switch out a couple of pieces of his stuff for my stuff, but whatever we don’t wish to keep in the house for now goes into storage.  The plan is to reside together for about six months and then find a home together.  Hopefully we will be able to afford something just a little bigger so that we can get my stuff out of storage.  The worst case scenario is that we have to stay there more than the six months.  If so, then I would probably wind up just selling the stuff kept in storage so I wasn’t paying a monthly bill to keep it at Storage Phoenix Arizona.
